Nate Dogg v Rebecca Black

It's sad to see Nate Dogg recieved his largest amount of social media coverage because of his death and 'artists' like Rebecca Black are talked about none stop. Granted people are discussing Rebecca Black because of how bad her song is, but in just under a week she has had almost 20 million youtube views, she hasn't left the twitter trending list (worldwide may I add) nor have people got tired of sharing her link on facebook.

Why is it that we don't share talented musicians work with such enthusiasm? As much as people may dislike Rebecca Black and Friday, she might be the one having the last laugh, international coverage for whatever reason is priceless add that to the money she'll receive from ads on her video and the interest in her, erm...follow up single and upcoming summer tour, yes you read that right, she's going on tour!

Compare that to Nate Dogg, talented singer songwriter and the go to man for hooks, but never made it more than as a feature artist. Sad but true! Although Regulator with Warren G is one of the tunes he is best known for, for me Oh No with Mos Def and Pharaoh is the song that comes to mind when I think of Nate Dogg

And for those STILL not having the pleasure in seeing Rebecca Black's delighful tune Friday, here it is;
